Full version of Yabusaka Mesh Avatar is MOD, and therefore you can apply your own skin texture (skin texture, not skin itself) on it.

!! Make sure to keep the backup before you try replace the skin texture of mesh !!
Note:
The skin texture must be saved without alpha layer (Save as TGA24bit or JPG before upload).
Eyelash and nails are in separate mesh. Make sure not to apply skin texture to those meshes.

The great thing is, nowadays, you don't have to be a skilled photoshoper in order to make your own skin textures, thanks to Eloh Eliot and other skin resource providers.
